Ending the Drought
The Milwaukee Brewers' Ryan Braun celebrates his eighth inning homerun that put the Brewers up 3-1 against rival the Chicago Cubs. The Brewers would go onto win and with a loss by the New York Mets later in the day, the homerun and a stellar pitching performance by C.C. Sabathia were enough to end Milwaukee's 26-year playoff drought.
